*Stylists are available for quick touch-up's to the face and hair/clothing. Attendees are urged to arrive 15-20 minutes early in order to have time with the stylist.

Capacities & Technology

Each headshot booth can accommodate approximately 25-30 people an hour. We build in extra time at the end of the hour for late arrivals or pick-ups.


Need to photograph more than 25 people in an hour? Add a second photographer and double your capacity.


We use professional headshot delivery technology designed for high-volume events. Attendees can instantly review their images on-site, select their favorite, and receive a professionally retouched version within 24 hours. Each person receives one image at no cost, with the option to purchase additional retouched images for $35 each. It’s a seamless system that adds efficiency, polish, and value to your event experience.


This is also a great opportunity to follow up with a personalized thank-you email. We can provide a CSV file with attendee information and individual gallery links, making it easy to import into your email platform and continue the conversation post-event.


Want to take it a step further? Select our "Retouch All" service to have all attendee images instantly retouched before delivery—adding an even more polished look to your booth and a premium feel to every headshot.

What type of images can I expect?

Gallery Retouching & Instant Delivery Showcase

This is a sample of what you can expect when the “Retouch All Images” service is selected. With this option, attendees receive retouched headshots—often delivered within two minutes of their photo being taken. Each attendee can still download one image of their choice, and additional images may be purchased for $35 each.

FAQ's

We schedule four people in each 10-minute session. We have found this to be the most efficient use of time and easiest to schedule.

We leave the last 10 minutes of the hour for catch up's/late arrivals.


Upon arrival, a stylist will ensure you are Camera Ready before your headshot. 


After you are photographed, you will receive your proofs instantly. Pick your favorite(s) for retouching and give us about 24 hours for your hand retouched photo to be returned to you.

Each photographer needs approx 10' W x 20' deep to setup. We can setup in conference rooms, hallways, etc. We will ask upon booking where we will be stationed as so we can bring the correct gear. Please provide either 2 high boy tables or one 6' table for the photographers use.photographers'high-boy

We will arrive 45-60 minutes before our scheduled start time for setup. 

Yes, we offer a variety of backgrounds, both ones we bring to you and digital backgrounds we add after your portrait is taken.

There are no travel charges if within the DFW metroplex. Travel outside of DFW will be quoted at cost.


If traveling, per diem is charged at $100/day/photographer.


What if attendees want additional selections? We charge $30 for each additional selection. This can be paid by the organizer (you) or the attendee. 

Every participant must provide a valid email in order to receive their photos. This is an excellent way to collect leads at events as well as talk to potential clients while they are waiting.

Either or both! Our system can easily handle both types of attendees/employees.

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Payments can be made via wire, EFT, Zelle, check or credit card. The balance is due within 48 hours after of your event. There is a 3% credit card processing fee.

We bring everything!

Including mirrors, individual lip gloss, blotting paper, disposable hair brushes, hair spray, etc... 

How about a custom care package?

Our partners at The CLVR Agency can work with you on putting together a custom care package for attendees.

Your bill will come from The CLVR Agency, our parent company.

Yes we can. Either concurrently (by adding another photographer)  or we can split the day to offer headshots at certain times that do not conflict with key moments, such as a general organization session or during a keynote speaker.


A second photographer, for event photography, is charged at 2,500 for the day (8 hours) or $2,000 for the 1/2 day (4 hours).
